Exclude `#%#//scriptlet("prevent-window-open")` filter Rule from AdGuard Popup Blocker "Option" Functions

AdGuard Popup Blocker v2.5.105

On some websites, when this filter rule is active:

#%#//scriptlet("prevent-window-open")

Popups still open despite this filter rule, and AdGuard Popup Blocker blocks them. However, when I try to open the blocked popup's URL link show or Manage Preferences... in the AdGuard Popup Blocker options, this filter rule prevents it.

So if possible, AdGuard Popup Blocker should be excluded in general.
