- reset and restore DRTM launch feature bitfields before toggling test cases
- switch to shift-based launch-feature masks and add region-protection enums
- add helpers to encode memory protection descriptors and full-range entry
- auto-populate launch features and memory descriptor table when region DMA
protection is reported by firmware
