When enforce-repo-settings.yml next synchronizes this workflow, it will overwrite this consumer-only digest change because the file declares ANcpLua/github-settings-automation/templates/nuget-publish.yml as its owner and explicitly forbids direct edits. The immediately preceding b2a7843 synchronization already demonstrates this behavior by replacing this same digest with 9c091bb; update the canonical template instead so the dependency upgrade persists.
