This repository contains the scripts that implement part of the methods described in the publications: "". The scripts handle model fitting, analysis, and visualisation. Data fetching and preparation is implemented in Python, found in the Python-miner-pub repository.
The scripts in the cli folder are used to start the glmnet classification of the provided corpora. The new-analysis.R script analyses the data and outputs metadata and figures.
