Align v0.1.3 DOI and publication status

Summary

• align the repository's current documentation and metadata with the published v0.1.3 dataset, Zenodo version DOI 10.5281/zenodo.21811845, and active production generation
• record v0.1.2 as the immutable E4-affected predecessor whose exact IDs remain resolvable through the coexistence layer
• update the prerendered methodology copy and re-pin only the living README.md and CLAIMS.md entries in the alpha manifest
• record the completed v0.1.3 release gate and the remaining owner-gated external metadata cleanups in RELEASING.md

No files changed under trialdiff/, frontend/src/queries/, frontend/src/pages/events/, postgres/, scripts/, tests/, schemas/, .github/, records/, or any frozen event-class package tree. Those are separate owner-gated metadata operations. Any Zenodo cleanup must remain metadata-only and must not alter deposited ZIPs.

Deployment

Not performed. Because frontend/src/pages/methodology.astro is prerendered, the corrected public copy requires a separately authorized verified Preview and production promotion after merge.
