Status

DRAFT / HOLD. This PR freezes the v0.1.3 E4 correction in-repository. It does not tag, publish, deploy, activate Neon, promote Vercel, or alter Zenodo metadata.

What changed

• adds the dual-regenerated event_class_records_v0.1.3/ package
• records the manifest-covered determinism attestation and complete private-corpus input audit
• pins 97 records, 54 trials, 109 memberships
• pins class counts 3 / 80 / 10 / 12 / 4 and overlaps 85 / 12 / 0
• adds the immutable records-section pin 60348b64...
• extends package/schema/manifest/offline verification CI to v0.1.3
• advances the default local seed smoke test to package generation v0.1.3
• aligns public documentation to distinguish:
  • v0.1.2: active and published, immutable, carries E4
  • v0.1.3: frozen in-repository, corrects E4, not yet published or active

The historical v0.1.1 and v0.1.2 package trees and all implementation-hashed sources are untouched.

The attestation explicitly limits stored-TO equality to internal ingestion consistency, not independent registry fidelity, and labels the 100 missing-TO reconstructions as inferred rather than externally checked.

Audit follow-up

Claude's first read-only freeze audit passed the package and found two non-blocking bookkeeping gaps. Both are closed in bad85f8:

• v0.1.3 source closure is now quantified as 80/109 patch-decidable and 29/109 requiring source slices
• the manifest policy now records the v0.1.3 freeze re-pin separately from the earlier E4 correction

The updated ERRATA was re-exported into both package envelopes. Their diff remains empty; all 97 canonical record files and the records-section pin are unchanged.
