afi-core's main now carries the 2-argument loadUwrProfile (CFG-GOV D-CFG-4, merged 2026-08-22); the previous REACTOR_REF pin predates it, so the boundary proof failed typecheck (TS2554) against unpinned afi-core. Also selects AFI_UWR_PROFILE_SOURCE=builtin explicitly in the gated boundary script: D-CFG-4(2) flipped the unset default to "registry", and this proof asserts the builtin-value-identity stamp. Follow-up to afi-core #30 / afi-reactor #81 (CFG-WEIGHTS, merged 2026-08-22). Two changes:
REACTOR_REF→e84b543(the CFG-WEIGHTS merge).
