The central command center provides administrators with a real-time overview of ticket sales, memberships, VIP activity, revenue, and operational metrics from a single dashboard.
Manage upcoming events, attendance, guest lists, VIP booths, ticket inventory, and live event operations from one interface.
Track ticket sales, memberships, expenses, profit/loss, recurring revenue, and event financial performance.
Manage performers, DJs, vendors, partners, and future event contacts in a searchable CRM with categorization and notes.
Track website inquiries, contact requests, applications, and follow-up activity from one centralized dashboard.
Create, preview, test, and send branded email campaigns to VIP members, customers, performers, vendors, and targeted audiences.
Search attendees instantly by name, email, phone number, or order number while checking guests into live events with support for partial and full ticket validation.
Monitor recurring memberships, active subscribers, projected annual revenue, and VIP community engagement from a centralized membership dashboard.
View every attendee, ticket type, payment source, attendance status, and check-in history while managing complete guest lists across multiple events.
One of the biggest engineering challenges was ensuring ticket sales remained synchronized across multiple payment providers while maintaining accurate attendance, revenue, and reporting.
The platform imports purchases from Square, Eventbrite, manual door sales, complimentary tickets, and VIP booth reservations into a unified event management system while preventing duplicate records and preserving reporting accuracy.
Rather than building a traditional event website, I designed a centralized operations platform where every administrative workflow connects to the same data.
Events, ticket sales, memberships, CRM contacts, email campaigns, guest check-in, merchandise orders, and financial reporting all work together through a unified dashboard, reducing manual work and eliminating duplicate administrative processes.
This architecture allows venue owners to manage an entire event business from a single application instead of relying on multiple disconnected tools.
The platform supports real-time event status changes, including active, upcoming, past, and postponed events.
When an event is postponed, ticket sales can be paused while preserving existing ticket holder records, revenue history, guest lists, and future communication workflows.
