Improve first-run integration readiness messages #4
Description
Make it easier for new users to see which optional integrations are ready before starting a campaign.
Acceptance criteria:
- Show clear configured/not-configured states without exposing secret values.
- Link each missing integration to the relevant settings section.
- Keep integrations optional unless the selected feature requires them.
- Include tests or reproducible manual verification steps.
