Why

PR #499 completed project-scoped installation, but its tracked historical raw captures made the repository and review unnecessarily noisy. Keep the conclusions and provenance while moving expanded command output out of the current tree.

Changes

  • Remove exactly 523 inventoried raw capture files (684,605 bytes): command logs, JSONL streams and redundant expanded observations.
  • Preserve 85 evidence files, including all provenance, archive/member hashes, curated observations, two reproduction scripts and human reviews.
  • Add a 19-group evidence index. Original committed captures remain retrievable at immutable commit 3b93148c356fc5db6fe101d81d943160a5176b6d; provider-only archive members are identified separately.
  • Update 16 evidence pages to distinguish retained metadata from archived raw output, without changing historical findings or qualification boundaries.
  • Add narrowly rooted ignores for local .uap/, coverage/evidence intake and the retained historical Claude probe's generated directories.
  • Add the explicit Claude + Codex project-install example to the usage guide.

Implementation, tests, workflows, golden fixtures, public generated documentation and all 195 project design/review documents are unchanged. This is forward cleanup; it does not rewrite #499 or Git history.

Validation

  • Exact immutable diff: 523 deletions + 18 modifications + 1 added index, with no out-of-scope changes.
  • All 69 retained non-Markdown files and all 195 project design/review documents are byte- and mode-identical.
  • Independent review: all 19 non-deletion diffs, 108 relative links, 38 immutable archive links and all 19 observation groups checked.
  • Ignore checks: 8 intended output cases ignored; 94 protected/neighbor cases remain eligible.
  • git diff --check passes. Two independent plan-review rounds and final independent commit review are GO.
  • All 37 checks and 11 normal PR workflows passed, on exact published head 729ec7f23f33b12233f6f940178d9532d01afae1, without reruns.
  • Required conformance: 133 passes, zero failures/errors/skips/warnings; generated artifacts are in sync. The Node suite passed with its five existing opt-in skips.
  • No extra native-client runs or release publication were performed for this documentation/output cleanup.
