Cline can discover scoped skills, but its MCP source is selected for a process by CLINE_MCP_SETTINGS_PATH. Project installation must preserve the user environment and report preparation honestly.

The reviewed project adapter, exact local ownership, scoped state/locks and public lifecycle are already integrated into #499. This follow-up adds the pinned Cline 3.0.73 current-source read-only gate using real UAP-produced enabled MCP configuration and skill files. It exercises user/A/B installation, replay, update, repair, removal, same-name ownership and foreign preservation. It does not start MCP or a model and does not qualify IDE or active-session isolation.

Independent reviews and checks

The reconstructed collector received fresh full ROOT and Skillshare reviews; both identified and verified corrections for unfinished evidence publication and all-row sibling-root rejection. Final source374d427d5cb0a705905a731a1080ff7150e266ec/tree1e20df5bfc2aa72a58b30034cb3ba27912e44ff4 has both CODE GOs. Promotionf6d7d35b946785b9efee6fb6fa43fea6dc056ed0 moves byte-identical reviewed YAML into workflows and has two fresh delta GOs. All12 follow-up integrated blobs match that reviewed source and preserve the approved OpenCode platform publisher.

Focused inert/public-source Go fixtures, configured changed-source lint,25 Python publication/envelope contracts and existing default OpenCode envelope contracts pass. The genuine pinned current-UAP run40182752894 passed at this exact branch head3e175de8. Independent intake verified raw streams, strict cleanup, public user/A/B lifecycle, actual enabled MCP preparation and same-name user-skill precedence. The original evidence and bounded interpretation are integrated into #499. This is metadata/file-lifecycle evidence; MCP initialization, active sessions and model behavior remain unqualified.

Final assembled candidate1a19373e and the new matched-source Cline run40191320981 are tracked in #499. Close this equivalent follow-up after that integration completes.
