Grok project installation needs genuine pinned client source/precedence observations before implementing its mutation adapter.

This checkpoint

• Runs only Grok 1.0.67 version/help and read-only plugin list/inspect against inert skill-only fixtures in two fresh repositories and a fresh user profile.
• Uses the unchanged disposable-host guard, exact archive/binary pins, bounded acquisition and inventories, an eight-minute total budget, and bounded child processes.
• Shares the existing Qoder process helpers by an independently checked AST-identical extraction.
• Includes two independent pre-code plan reviews and two independent implementation reviews.

Validation and limits

• 8 Grok + 7 Qoder inert research tests passed; 54 existing native safety/evidence tests passed.
• Genuine hosted observations are pending. This PR does not yet implement or qualify Grok project installation, trust, authentication, skill execution, or MCP runtime.
• Research summaries explicitly retain project_source_qualified: false.

Stack

Temporary parent: #482 (feat/project-qoder-e2e) for the reviewed shared research utilities. This remains the separate Grok client PR under project-installation feature #472. Retarget and merge only into that feature after parent integration, completed implementation, and review. No merge to main or release is requested.

Delivered by #499, merged into main as 3b93148c. The integrated source 3386c72a91e7e9b3574f12ce0613b399227a1ada passed all 74 check runs and 24 PR workflows; the actual merge tree is identical to that validated source.
