基于 Stage 10 PASS 分支发布 Beta。本次提交只调整 Beta 入口、模块清单版本、更新源和发布预检/说明；入口、manifest 与
ch_11_filter.js分段资源源均固定到 Beta 分支。ch_08、ch_13、ch_15未在本次 Beta 发布提交中修改。验证
--beta：PASS已知测试例外
Stage 10 的“从底部上划进入最近任务并停留”步骤在当前设备会卡住，已按真机反馈跳过；其余测试正常。
Beta 验证完成前保持 Draft。正式合入流程继续由 PR #46 管理。
