• Initial documentation and governance (README + BSL license)

📜 Licensing
This release is covered by the 4th Wave AI Business Source License (BSL) with a rolling 3-year Change Date.
After 3 years, v1.0.0 will automatically convert to Apache 2.0.

🔒 Restrictions before Change Date:

• No hosted/managed services competing with 4th Wave AI SaaS
• No direct substitutes for 4th Wave AI products
