Drop declarations nothing references anymore: ProcessService, the FinishActivity view-model event, PreferenceGroupHeader, unused MmkvManager/PackageUidResolver/Utils helpers, dead AppConfig constants, and the string/array/dimen entries left behind by the Compose migration. Also drop unused local variables (layoutDirection, scope) and name ignored catch parameters with `_`.
