termux-utilities

A bunch of useful Android Termux scripts that have been written over the years.

Scripts & Installers

• backup-tool

  Backup & restore all Termux packages (packages.list) + $HOME.

• bulk-apk

  Bulk-install individual & split APKs at once (requires root).

• ollama-llm

  Clone + serve Ollama and run deepseek-r1:1.5b.

• apk_decomp

  Decompile an APK in Termux via APKTool 2.12.1 + OpenJDK 17. Usage: bash apk_decomp/apk_decomp.sh <path_to_apk>.

• web-server

  Manage an nginx static file server on Termux: install|start|stop|restart|status|logs|tunnel|tunnel-stop. Config via PORT (default 8080), DOCROOT (default ~/public), BIND (default 127.0.0.1). Optional cloudflared tunnel + termux-api wake-lock.

shells

• ohmyzsh-shell

  Installs zsh + oh-my-zsh + powerlevel10k, lsd, fastfetch, termux-style, zsh-autosuggestions.

• tsh-termux-waydroid-shell

  Enter Termux from Waydroid/host root shell: sets Android DNS, launches Termux if needed, pre-resolves Termux mirrors/GitHub into /etc/hosts, then nsenter + su into Termux as bash login shell.

Virtualization / chroot / VM

• alpine-chroot-setup

  Real chroot Alpine Linux on a rooted device (tiny ~3 MB minirootfs, no debootstrap). Internal install by default, or --sdcard PATH [--size MB] for exFAT/FAT SD cards via loop-mounted ext4 image. Enter with bash $PREFIX/bin/enter-alpine.sh, uninstall with --uninstall.

• qemu-vm

  Interactive Alpine Linux QEMU manager for Termux (idempotent menu): full install, QEMU install, ISO download, qcow2/raw disk create, boot installer / boot VM, SSH (-p 2222), disk + VM settings (RAM/CPU/ports/firmware bios|uefi), delete ISO/disk. x11 GUI

• proot-debian-termux-x11

  Snapdragon/Adreno GPU-accelerated XFCE4 proot-Debian manager (Termux:X11, virgl/zink, Vulkan freedreno).

• xfce4-termux-x11

  Installs XFCE4 + Termux:X11-nightly + mesa-zink/virgl + Nerd Fonts (0xProto).

• scrcpy-termux-x11

  Installs termux-x11 + scrcpy and mirrors Android with --no-audio.
