feat(website): upgrade the Blog with Starlight

What changed

• Render the existing Blog collections and URLs through the upgraded Starlight shell without moving post content.
• Preserve the site's navigation, repository statistics, footer, mobile menu, date/tags, OG images, and bilingual routes.
• Add bilingual RSS feeds and autodiscovery, BlogPosting structured data, canonical/hreflang metadata, localized social metadata, heading anchors, table of contents, previous/next navigation, and edit links.
• Include article content in Pagefind while excluding duplicate listing-card content.
• Keep route-only RSS logic in its endpoint and standalone mobile-menu behavior in the required Starlight Header override, avoiding single-use helper files.

• Clean-checkout pnpm install --frozen-lockfile
• Clean-checkout pnpm check — 0 diagnostics
• pnpm build — 79 static pages
• Pagefind, RSS, sitemap, post ordering, structured data, OG images, desktop/mobile navigation, keyboard focus, and reduced-motion behavior verified
