Adds SmartBrain in the same format as the surrounding entries. Local-first personal assistant: encrypted knowledge base, approval-gated tools, built-in voice (local Whisper), end-to-end-encrypted phone access; MLX/Ollama locally or your own cloud keys. Source-available (ELv2), no account, no telemetry. Actively maintained (v0.9.35, 2026-08-27). Disclosure: I'm the author.
