Replace the NodeMaven sponsor banner with the supplied 1140 × 420 PNG. The file is byte-for-byte identical to the supplied artwork and both existing README placements keep their tracking links and copy.

Only the PNG asset changes. No version, tag, dependency, code, or release metadata changes. Validation: PNG format/dimensions and SHA-256 match the supplied image; isolated staging verified the exact asset and unchanged non-banner files; all CI checks passed. The published GitHub main blob matches the supplied PNG.
