- Built a JWT-secured REST API with OWNER, MEMBER, and VIEWER roles enforced at the service layer.
- Designed a five-table PostgreSQL schema with versioned Flyway migrations and a workspace-to-project-to-task hierarchy.
- Created a React frontend with protected routes, in-memory auth state, and an Axios Bearer-token interceptor.
- Containerised the full stack with Docker Compose and multi-stage Dockerfiles.

- Added an append-only audit log for medical-record changes and transactional boundaries for atomic record writes.
