[Bug] Overlaps in Draft Cards when grid view is used

Description: When I use try to use Draft Cards feature, I can't add the bottom cards to the deck because the "plus buttons" are covered by "redraw" and "editing" buttons. I can't scroll the screen further.

Device: OnePlus Nord CE 2, OS 13, AR 20:9, resolution 1080x2400 px

App version: observed on Android in versions 4.4.5, and 4.7.6

Repro rate: 5/5

STR:

1. Start the app.
2. Begin to create a new deck.
3. Enter the the Draft Cards feature.
4. Ensure that you have grid view selected.
5. Ensure that the hand size is set to at least 3 cards if you are using app in the portrait mode, or at least 7 cards if you are using app in the landscape mode.
6. Notice the issue.
