Use opis/closure v4

There is no upstream change of https://github.com/opis/closure since 2022
~~We should probably move to another library
I Debian the package fails PHP 8.4 testing, that most probably indicates that the library is not compatible with newer PHP versions anymore.

I may work on this soon, to avoid the zumba package being removed from Debian and with it phpMyAdmin/sql-parser -> phpMyAdmin itself.

There has been activity on Opis/Closure https://github.com/opis/closure/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md since theses comments, with a 4.x alias branch, and a 4.3.1 for last tag… (and not using FFI).

Are you sure it is abandoned ?

Indeed, I forgot to update the issue since v4 got released.
This repo should probably work to use v4
