Collecting problems in one-liners.

We do not want to change the people but to understand them. Why are they doing something like this or that? When there is a UX change or change request there is a motivation behind. First, we need to collect the most problematic things when using a bitcoin wallet.

Fall in love with the problem - not the solution

When you are using bitcoin:

• What was the last problem where you wasted a lot of time?
• What are the pain points when you are using bitcoin?
• What annoys you most?

To do this we need a public white-board with sticky notes on it. On every note there is a problem. At the end, we would like to organize the notes and create categories.

• My idea was to use https://miro.com but maybe it is too complex.
• @MaxHillebrand suggested using GitHub projects.
