well the fileformat is totally different and maybe obfuscated, so there is no easy way to do this. besides trying to re the xbox executable.

I found this: from here

You can access the GRAW 2 Editor by running the GRAW2_Editor.bat file found under the main GRAW 2 directory. Other modding tools are under the Program Files\Ubisoft\Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2\public_tools directory. Importantly, tutorials on how to use the editor and the tools are found under the \tutorials directory, and should be read first before attempting any modding.

can this editor or any of these tools open the file? if so, I could take a look at it and see how it reads the file. otherwise this will need new research on its own

it should start with ascii letters "YBIG" but as you see its not

No, GRAW 2 PC editor doesn't let me open Yeti.big. Add with a list of filenames from Yeti.big
