Alpha MVP Checkpoint

This issue defines the Alpha MVP Checkpoint for the Startupchain dApp.

It consolidates the current development status up to PR #40, summarizing which Alpha features are already integrated and which remain pending. Each pending Alpha feature is explicitly tracked through a dedicated sub-issue listed below.

Startupchain Alpha MVP features

Alpha MVP is complete when all items below marked [Alpha] are resolved.

1. Startupchain Contracts

• Core registry contracts (StartupChain.sol, CompanyToken.sol, GovernanceWrapper.sol)
• Comprehensive test suites (unit + integration tests)
• Register and match companies with ENS domains, Safe multisigs, and members
• Startupchain UI: Company creation process debugging #42

2. Human-Readable Names (ENS)

• Register ENS domains for companies with 1-year expiry
• Forward and reverse name resolution for ENS domains on Startupchain UI #33
• Create subdomains for company members #43
• Manage domains and subdomains from dashboard #44

3. Company Accounts (EOA + Safe Multisig)

• Deploy Safe multisig (testnet) for companies with deterministic proxy
• Deploy Safe multisig on other networks #45
• Sign and execute multisig testnet transactions (transfers, swaps) from Startupchain UI #46

Success Criteria

Alpha MVP is complete when:

1. ✅ All items in Alpha MVP Scope above are resolved (marked [x]).
2. ✅ Each pending item ([ ]) has a linked subissue (e.g., Forward and reverse name resolution for ENS domains on Startupchain UI #33, Startupchain UI: Company creation process debugging #42, etc.).
3. ✅ All subissues are closed and merged to main.
4. ✅ Contracts pass audits and are production-ready on testnet.
5. ✅ Dashboard reflects all Alpha features with clear UI/UX.
