I implemented LWMA with N 60 and a clamp 3 on difficulty change per block . From that what I have seen so far it works well and feels stable.
I am curious whether you or anyone here has longer term experience with these parameters.
Do you think the 3x clamp is a reasonable choice or does it cause any problems over time that are not obvious in the early stages?
Any thoughts or advice from people who have been watching these algorithms for longer than I have would be very welcome.
For now it works perfect for me .
