Cannot proceed after the "Enter a bio" page

Description
When signing up, I could not proceed from the "Enter a bio" page. The NEXT button was unresponsive, and the "ENTER" button on my keyboard (both virtual and physical) entered a new line.

To Reproduce:
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install the app
2. Follow the steps to create a new account until Enter a bio page appears

Expected behavior
The NEXT button is unresponsive.

Actual behavior
The next page should appear.

Is this somehow related to the running an instance of the backend on the local computer? If so, it would be helpful to add this information to the documentation.
