How to set up DATAPATH environment?

I am trying to use Dligand2 for my calculations but cannot find out how to set up DATAPATH environment, any help?

in their example/run_example.sh file:

export DATADIR=../dligand2/bin
export PATH=../dligand2/bin:$PATH
