Text to generate limit?

Hi.
There seems to be a limit to the amount of text it can output. What is that limit?
Also, I see 'concatenating' on the To Do list. Is that for supporting longer text?

I believe the limit is based on time, as noted here there is a 30s limit. The amount of text spoken may vary by reference voice provided.
