Skin name incorrect for Roundcube 0.8.2

Hi,

The default skin for 0.8.2 is now "larry", the skin for your buttons is "default" and this no longer works. So by default you don't get the button images.

Renaming "skins/default" to "skins/larry" fixes the issue.
