Hotkeys are not working in a specific game

Hello, I just found Wingrooves and satisfied with the program. I play game called " League of Legends " and I have been looking for a Chrome extensions to use hotkeys while in game. After I encounter wingrooves I thought that I could use hotkeys without alt tabbing in games. It did not work though. So is there any chance to make this possible ? Been looking forward.
