I have seen code in gradle plugin project .
android.defaultConfig.multiDexEnabled = GlobalScope.multiDexEnabled && !GlobalScope.isGeneratePatch

MultiDex is supported. You'd better get rid of the multiDexEnabled = true in build.gradle and enable it in stark.properties

MultiDexTransform is extends from BaseProguardAction. When you generate a patch, all useless classes are removed. MultiDexTransform may interrupt compilation. Therefore, you need to disable MultiDex when you performing the generate patch task.
