`Failed to initialize transcript` for remote TRAMP project

For remote projects, agent-shell seems not to create the transcript directory, i.e.:

$HOME/.agent-shell/transcripts/rpc/default@[remote host]/repository-name-abcdefg../2026-.....md

Manual fix
mkdir .agent-shell/transcripts/rpc/default@[remote host]/repository-name-abcdefg../

Is this using https://github.com/junyi-hou/agent-shell-tramp ? If so, mind filing an issue there? It may still be a bug in agent-shell, but this needs to be investigated by someone who's familiar with or uses tramp. Unfortunately, I know very little about TRAMP.
