win10：mouse click location isn't the location of NiceTrayIcon showing

Due to the built-in screen scaling in the Windows, so it's wrong.
My suggestion is use the cosrdinate of contextmenu divide Screen zoom ratio to solve the problem.

I'm maintaining this lib instead Nfx-Core. I still have some issues, but works better. Try it and let me know if the issue persist.
