Simulating from existing dicom files

Hi,

Is there an example for how to perform a simulation to generate singrams using existing dicom slices? I have been trying to run a simulation on .ppm files that I converted from a directory of dicom files, but there are errors in reading the .ppm files:

We can use the voxelized phantom to simulate an image as a phantom.
There's an example voxelized phantom at: xcist\main\gecatsim\phantom\CatSimLogo_1024
And the script to run the simulation with that phantom: xcist\main\gecatsim\examples\Sim_Recon_Sample.py

The voxelized phantom is defined by one json file and the binary density (volume fraction) maps. For example:
CatSim_logo_1024.json defines the material, size, voxel, and density map information. And the raw files are the binary density map files.
You may convert the dicom image into density map (volume fraction) and create the phantom following the same format.
