Wrong size for QT element for Volume Preset

Describe the bug

For some reason, with breeze theme enabled, or with breeze theme disabled... the fonts are too big for the Qt element.

Expected Behavior

Correct size, no matter what font size I am using.

Perhaps something related to Qt theming within gnome.

Dou you need to set this variable to qt5ct because of other Qt applications? As EasyEffects uses Qt6 and not Qt5 maybe if you set it to qt6ct the issue will be fixed.

No matter what theme I pick in Kvantum still a problem. Also, if I change font size no change either.

Kvantum won't work because it is designed for traditional Qt widgets. Some users have had success with a patched qt6ct #4332 (comment). Unfortunately this seems to be the only reliable way to set a theme that is different from Breeze. Color themes can be set in EasyEffects preferences window. But widgets themes are more complicated to handle.

That being said gnome users that are not using qt6ct or anything else that forces a Qt theme do not have problems with the Breeze theme. What happens if you do not set the QT_QPA_PLATFORMTHEME variable?
