Feature request: add capability to sort and/or filter project list

As the number of projects gets larger, it would be nice to be able to

• re-order the projects by name
• create project groupings with a "tag" field
• filter which projects are displayed by a partial name or by tag

Support for tagging projects and filtering on tags added in #11.
Reordering and grouping will be added later.
