Wrangles catalog can pick up example tables using model id

each wrangle has it's own model ID
markdown refers to the model ID
json schema needs to pull in example tables from the model ID

Review process:

• go into a wrangle's page,
  • python folder, recipes folder, wrangles folder
• click on Playground button
• check if the Playground picked up the right example table.
  note, this version still uses fake model IDs

I have made changes on the site, so when we click on the playground button on any wrangle, it can pick it up from the md file, take the example table and use it in the playground. Also for this i have implemented a model id lookup. since all the model id's are living on the postgress db and I dont have access to it, I have genertaed fake model Id's for the wrangles, but connected each 88 wrangle with their pages in the docusaurus. once we have the actual model id's we will switch them in the lookup

7/2/26 - need to ensure the right model IDs are being used (which is another issue), however this can be tested using the fake IDs for now.
