Context

Roadmap exists in markdown at docs.usewraith.xyz/roadmap but not visible from the marketing site. A visual timeline on www makes the roadmap concrete to investors / press / partners.

Scope

New /roadmap page (or section on landing):

  • Horizontal timeline (desktop) / vertical (mobile)
  • Milestone cards per quarter
  • Status indicators (shipped / in progress / planned)
  • Click-through to docs roadmap for detail
  • Consume from a JSON config so updates don't need design re-work

Acceptance criteria

  • Page designed (PNG mock first via pen file)
  • Implementation responsive
  • Config-driven content
  • Linked from main nav
