Context

Cold storage and air-gapped wallets need a documented offline signing pattern. SDK is gaining an offline-sign helper. Show the full workflow end-to-end.

Scope

Write docs/guides/stellar-offline-signing.mdx:

• Threat model: when offline signing actually helps
• Three-step workflow: build offline → sign offline → submit online
• SDK helpers (prepareOfflineStellarTransaction etc.)
• QR code transfer patterns between online and offline machine
• Hardware wallet integration (Ledger, etc.)
• Stealth withdrawal specific guidance (derived stealth keys never need to go online)
