Stellar custom-asset (USDC) integration guide

Context

Real Stellar usage is mostly USDC. SDK supports it. Docs barely mention it. Write a focused guide so integrators can send stealth USDC payments without trial and error.

Scope

Write docs/guides/stellar-custom-assets.mdx:

• Stellar Asset Contracts (SAC) overview
• USDC issuer addresses (testnet + mainnet)
• Sender flow: send USDC via stealth-sender (with trustline check)
• Recipient flow: trustline on stealth address (auto-establish or warn)
• Path Payment alternative (recipient receives asset different from sender's)
• Fees: USDC ops on Stellar cost what?
• Compatibility matrix from contracts/stellar/audits/2026-06-sac-compatibility.md rendered as a docs table
• AUTH_REQUIRED / clawback warnings

Acceptance criteria

• Page committed
• Compatibility matrix faithfully reproduces audit findings
• Testnet USDC example verified
• Linked from SDK Stellar page
