No automated perf tracking today. Add Lighthouse CI to every PR with a budget for Perf / A11y / Best Practices / SEO scores.

Scope

  • lighthouse-ci GitHub Action
  • Budget per axis: ≥ 90
  • Posts comment on PR with score deltas
  • Configured against the deploy preview (Vercel)
  • Failure on budget breach (overridable with label perf-budget-override)

  • CI action configured
  • Budgets enforced
  • PR comments working
  • Override label documented
