Well I got the quote from PCBway to provide and install the capacitor, resistors and header and it is $37 US and 24 to 26 days.
Both are rather extreme, but I am unable to find sources for the correct components.
Does anybody have US based sources (preferably) for:
C1 - 100nF,C_Disc_D6.0mm_W2.5mm_P5.00mm
R1, R2 and R3 - 1K,R_0402_1005Metric_Pad0.72x0.64mm_HandSolder,smt
Pin Header - 1x07_P2.54mm_Vertical,PinHeader_1x07_P2.54mm_Vertical
