Need to outline the rules for creating a new committee/taskforce

• Define a charter template for creating a committee
• Outline changes to governance and impacted processes

Assuming that the charger includes the following:

• Include a 2-3 sentence summary of what work this committee/taskforce does. Imagine trying to explain your work to a colleague who is familiar with World IA Day but not necessarily all of the internal activity at the global level.
• Scope (In/out)
• Stakeholders / RACI --
• Purpose and Impact for World IA Day driving principles, mission and vision.
