fix: remove incorrect ToolSupport from groq/compound, groq/compound-mini, allam-2-7b

groq/compound and groq/compound-mini only support built-in tools (web search, code exec) — not user-defined function tools. allam-2-7b has no tool calling support. Remove ToolSupport from their parameter_constraints.

Found during #217 integration testing.
