Check compatibility with ggbreak

The ggbreak package allows for having different linear scales for parts of an axis. This sounds pretty useful in conjunction with coord_geo(), so I should make sure they are compatible with one another.

I tried both coord_geo() and guide_geo() and neither appears to be compatible with ggbreak ☹ .

Looking at the GitHub repo for ggbreak, it doesn't appear that there is much ongoing maintenance/support for the package, so I don't think it's worth my time to try to make deeptime compatible with it unfortunately.
