IMX283 and OneInchEye max capture settings

I'm curious to start working on one of these myself. What is the max Resolution/FPS/color depth that RPi5 can capture using this board and sensor? Would a limiting factor be the writing media (sd, ssd m.2, cfexpress with your other board)? Thank you for such extensive work in expanding the RPi's camera capabilities.
