Add localhost:8080 link to `Queue complete` masher message

Often times you'll fire off an npm run dev, only to get a wall of masher update messages. It'd be useful to output http://localhost:8080 at the end of that mashing process, just so you can easily command/ctrl-click the link to open a browser window when ready.
