License - package.json inconsistent with license file

Package.json still lists this software as GPL licensed, which means it shows up as GPL-licensed in NuGet and for various tools that try to check licenses. I think you meant to change that five years ago.

Also it would be very useful if installing this module also installed a copy of the license file, or at least if the installed files included some kind of human-friendly mention of the license (eg. in the README, or in a comment in react-bubble-chart-d3.js)
