Documentation Update

[mipmip]

• move all to /docs/

• github action to render (choose nice quarto site)

• improve structure

• cleanup README.md to server as portal and not the docs itself

• fix css

• improve screenshots at frontpage

• embed screenshots in documentation

• one big master file in root for testing.... move examples to seperate dir.
